How to Reset Password ULearn (Forgot Office365 Password)

  1. Log in to UTeM’ s Portal: http://portal.utem.edu.my/iclm/
  2. Click System to use and then OAS/eMail icon
  3. Click Email and then reset Email Password
  4. Your email’s password will be reset to 12345678 after 5 minutes. 
  5. Please log back in https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=utem.edu.my with matricno@student.utem.edu.my and reset the password: 12345678
  6. After login, please update with new password.
  7. Login ulearn again at http://ulearn.utem.edu.my

*If you still unable to login email UTeM, please do come to PPPK (Pusat Perkhidmatan Pengetahuan Dan Komunikasi ) or call helpdesk PPPK at 06- 270 1101 for manual resetting procedure.
