This course will present the theory and methods of quality monitoring, It covers principles and practices, tools and techniques, fundamentals of statistic, control charts for variables, additional SPC techniques for variables, fundamentals of probability, control charts for attributes, lot-by-lot acceptance sampling by attributes, acceptance sampling systems. This subject will also cover the application of Six Sigma concept such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) in producing high quality products
